Nikki O'Dell began her career as a therapist 15 years ago and since that time has enjoyed working with women, adolescents, and children. Nikki is passionate about working with clients to improve their ability to balance their thoughts, feelings and actions. She enjoys the therapeutic process and has a desire to see her clients thriving in their lives and relationships. Nikki is inspired by the resilience of her clients and enjoys supporting them as they grow in their ability to handle their circumstances. Nikki has specialized training in Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and experience working with clients who are struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relational conflict, poor stress management, coping with a parent's divorce, poor academic performance, poor self-esteem/insecurities and mood disorders. Nikki enjoys doing play therapy with children and has a particular passion for working with adolescent girls as they learn to find balance in their lives.
Nikki's goal in the therapeutic process is to help the client gain a better understanding of their circumstances, empower them to control the things they can, deal effectively with their emotions which in turn, will help alter ineffective behaviors.
Donna Marsh is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor, whose career has spanned over 20 years, working with clients who have depression, anxiety, grief, life stressors and medical crises. She has accentuated her training on working with all populations from those with severe mental illness to those who want to make changes in their lives, and children with ADHD, ODD, and other behavioral issues, as well as military service members who suffer with PTSD, deployment stressors and family life adjustments.
She is a solution-focused therapist whereby taking each situation to establish goal-oriented, realistic outcomes for her clients. Robert Frost’s poem “The Road Not Taken” describes her role in her life as well as her career. Opportunities are revealed and yet meeting her clients on the path “less traveled by” not only can be more difficult, but also have the most rewarding and beautiful outcomes. Grief, death, divorce and family illness may leave an emptiness that makes simple tasks seem daunting, hence her additional education in grief therapy and mentoring.
Donna is also a registered Play Therapist who has worked with children and parents in medical crises, divorce, grief, and coping mechanisms for an ever-changing home life. Over two decades of utilizing her education, consistent training and established experiences allow her to be a true asset as a friend, counselor and mentor.
